Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rerden, every product is handcrafted and customized with care. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preferences (liking/disliking, size, or custom design choices). Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

We only accept refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.


Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Share photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.

  • Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping (if required). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, or if it is damaged/defective, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (except wrong/damaged items).

  • Sale items and gift cards.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rerden.com.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost. In some cases, a replacement may be shipped directly without requiring a return.
